What fuels our passion is each of us having experienced parents and grandparents receiving care from a diverse range of care providers over the years. We have all realised that no two providers are the same, where one may be great in an area such as time keeping they may lack continuity when it comes to CareGivers.

Together, our experiences led us to believe there was a need for a family run care provider, which brought a renewed sense of commitment to quality and engagement with the family.

We have come across all barriers which individuals and their families meet whilst receiving care and we strongly believe that there should be no compromise as to how you or your loved one live their life. It is our aim to provide only the highest quality personal care as well as domestic support, whilst encouraging people to remain connected and active in their communities as much as possible, in a way that promotes independence, real choice and control.

Our Values & Beliefs

A key priority for Wellbeing Homecare is to provide people with care and support from CareGivers they know and trust. We believe this is important in enabling people to feel safe and confident in the care they receive. Consistency ensures that we can recognise even the smallest of changes in your loved ones condition that may signal deterioration in their health.

Person Centred

This is the core principle of Wellbeing Homecare. Listening to your views and opinions on how you would like to live your life and then providing you with the care and support to make this possible. Choice and control of your care plan is key.

Promoting Family Involvement

As we welcome your loved one into our family, our support extends to you. We understand that your emotional and moral support is just as important as our specialist care knowledge. We encourage your participation from the moment we begin discussing your loved ones care because you are crucial members to our team, as there is no one better to help us to understand their needs. At Wellbeing, we want to give you peace of mind that your loved one is in the right hands and is doing well. Therefore communication is key and that’s why we promise to regularly call you to catch up on your loved ones progress, as well as you having access to CareGivers detailed notes.

Rehabilitative Care and Support

We are keen to help people maintain and increase their independence, and thus their ability to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Our CareGivers encourage and motivate your loved one to be as active as possible and to never undermine a person’s capabilities and existing levels of independence.

All of our CareGivers and members of our team at Wellbeing Homecare are honest and open. We take responsibility for our own actions and we promise to ensure that outcomes and targets of your loved one’s care are achieved by doing always doing the right thing.
