Companionship & Support

At Wellbeing Homecare we recognise through research and experience the significance of maintaining interests and hobbies as a part of promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing during older age. We understand that many service users become lonely and isolated, as they have no friends or family close by. Our CareGivers provide support as a companion, by becoming friends and being someone our service users can talk to and share experiences with in a welcoming and safe environment.

As each service users has their own needs, we provide our service users with trained and qualified CareGivers to support them in the way that they require.

Our companionship and support services include activities such as:

  • Offering companionship and having a chat
  • Arrange appointments

  • Assist with reading
  • Days out for favourite activities
