At Wellbeing Homecare, all enquires and discussions about your care are non-obligatory. We will never sell our care services to you and we are more than happy to discuss your loved ones situation and offer advice.
When you call us to enquire about our services or arrange care, we will take you through a basic assessment in preparation for our visit and to gain knowledge on your needs. We will then arrange a date, time and location that best suits you. This does not have to necessarily be the home of your loved one, they may be preparing to return home from hospital or residential home.
The purpose of the visit is to understand your needs and lifestyle and how you would like us to help. Our Care Manager will answer yours and your loved ones questions and we will complete a thorough assessment.
If you feel that Wellbeing Homecare is the right choice for you, this assessment along with our expertise will form the foundation on tour Personalised Care plan.
Your care assessment will provide us with a detailed insight as to your day-to-day routines and how you want to live your life. This will be incorporated into your care plan. We are here to support and care for you so that you are able to continue your daily activities and much loved hobbies in a safe and comforting environment.
As well as providing you with hands-on care, we will discuss your needs with professionals and other members of your support team in order to understand your health and wellbeing needs. Ensuring all of your needs and personal preferences are met.
Once the first draft of your Care Plan is complete, we will present this to you for your comments and approval. After your approval we will use our expertise to match and introduce a small team of suitable CareGivers according to your needs and lifestyle. These friendly faces will be your consistent companions. If you would like to request a change in CareGiver for any reason we will instantly take them off your rota and find someone who you feel is a better match for you.
Wellbeing Homecare welcome all those who join us, into our family. The care and support we provide will not fall below this standard. We will always strive to go above and beyond to ensure you are receiving care the way you want it.
We encourage your opinion and are happy to discuss any concerns at any point. If your Care Plan requires alterations we will make these quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our CareGivers record detailed notes during each visit in your home. Allowing all members of your support network to work as a team and to furthermore recognise any changes in your health and wellbeing, which can then be efficiently acted upon. These notes will be subject to spot-checks, to ensure your Care Plan is being fulfilled to the highest of standards and that you are happy with the services you are receiving. We understand that situations can rapidly change, if at any time we notice that your Care Plan may no longer be suitable for you then we will make it our utmost priority to review and implement a new Care Plan.
We are here to provide you and your family with a strong support system, so that you may get the most out of life and spend your time doing the things you love most.
